In the gym, you always find a strong man who can lift big weights and give a advices to the new guys like you, so here's a summary for those precious advises.
1) Work on lifting heavier weights by doing a bunch of worm up exercises, and with that way you will have the energy to left weights without getting exhausted quickly, for example if you want to left a certain weight do not start immediately with that weight, you have to begin with a light weight and continue with an ascending way until you'll rich the weight that want to left.
2) While your practising, imagine how your body will be and how was it, so you will get more motivated to work out constantly.
3) Get some rest for 3 or 5 minutes between the different exercises, to give your body the time recover the energy.
4) Work on your points of weakness, if you couldn't left a weight then you should minimize the weight, so you won't get exhausted quickly.
5) Workout with someone who's stronger than you to encourage you and to take hie as an example.
6) Load your weight-bar by a different light weights, and that to look lighter than is seems.
7) Try to not wear any shoe or a light shoe and that to make your body more active, and the training should be at home or the gym to do your moves freely.
8) Warm up your muscles well by stretching your muscles well, specially the shoulders and the arms.
