6 Months To Get An Upper Body With Strong Muscles


You need to get an Upper Body with Strong Muscles in only six months, please follow this work out program.

Step 1 :Month and Half ) In this step we’ll try to process our bodies, ligaments, joints and respiratory system, in order that to be ready for the next stages so as to avoid injuries

Step 2 : ( Two months and Half ) In this step our bodies will be ready to do some other things, so we have to exploit this point and we have to began building our bodies by enlarging the size of the muscles in the whole body, and it will be obligatory to buy some new materials ( Maybe you don’t have to if you already have them )
as well as the use of “bar” and “Dambalz” for some muscles.
At this point you must do the entrainment 3 days a week, and up with half of the second month (In the end of the stage) to 4 days a week, until there is recovery of the muscles, because the muscle grow in size when there is more leisure time (To the Body).
It’s important in this stage to have the sport agree myoneural, That we can develop through a variety of exercises and also with a work on the equilibrium, because all of that develop the way of entrainment in the practice of exercises and exactly special ones (lifting weights) that need focus and consensus and also desire.
Step 3 : (One month) In this step we’ll try to lift weights more that the last four months “this is why we call this monththe month of force or the month of strength training”,In this month we’ll try to keep focusing on a lot of muscle groups in the same time, to increase muscle strength,
and have the ability to use your own body correctly, and it will be obligatory to use “ bar “and” Dambalz In the time of exercises.”
After 5 months of the beginning, we have then to correct our bodies, when we have to determined to make the weak muscles strong more , so as to cure any accidental error, that it was situated during the previous stages.
Step 4 : (The Last month) In the sixth month we have to complete exercises naturally, because the most important thing at this stage is job training, which is training the person to deal with any critical situations in life correctly.

3 Things need to be changed :
- Sleep: You must sleep well from 6-12 hours a day.
- Nutrition: You eat meals from 4 To 6 times a day, and also Diets if you need to lose weight.
- Attendance at Exercise: Attendance on the exercises at regular intervals.
